Job description:
The position includes managing the process of setting up several combination laboratories in Israel and abroad for a large-scale project of the GNA system.
The work includes the management of all the laboratories, schedules, resource management, financial management and management of the procurement of the items for the laboratories at the required time.
Managing contractors, issuing tenders, managing the work of the construction teams and managing the construction schedule.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the laboratories after their establishment. Establishing the work teams in the laboratories and managing the work plan.
Requirements:
Having military experience in the field of the large integration laboratories in the Air Force and/or in another relevant force - a significant advantage.
Have a relevant degree in electronics and/or system engineering.
Have a thorough knowledge of the process of setting up a laboratory and its operation.
Experience of over 5 years in the field of integration.
Familiarity with project PMO processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work together.
The work in the north of the country, the Haifa area and in several other places where the laboratories will be established, including occasional trips abroad.
A good knowledge of English and working with the company's clients abroad is required.
