job description:

Definition of requirements, design, development, testing and implementation of all the software components in the system with a lateral view of all project needs and implementation throughout the entire life cycle of the project.

Guidance and systematic leadership of the software teams in the project from the phase of defining the requirements, building the design, surveys, implementation, experiments, transfer to production until the phase of delivering the project to the client.

Software verification plan, accompanying the development leaders, testing and synchronizing work against the project goals.

Preparation and approval of the work plan of the software teams for all its components, management of activity control discussions, compliance with objectives and implementation control.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science/ software engineering/ computer engineering.

At least 5 years of experience in OO software development in the RT worlds.

Experience in system engineering/ project management/ development management of software and/or communication based systems.

Experience in leading a software team - a significant advantage.

Experience in leading and carrying out integrations between several computer systems - a significant advantage.
